Staff Recommendation:
Non-supportive based on lack of compliance with the Vickery Creek Character Area non-residential design guidelines to direct future commercial development within nodes or along designated commercial corridors. Although a small portion of the property is located on Bethelview Road, the building entrance is set back from view of the commercial corridor. In addition, the surrounding residential land uses are of a less intense nature.
