Reduce the zoning buffer from 40 ft. to 0 ft. along the northern property boundary (UDC Table 12.2); 4. Increase the hours limiting truck delivery or garbage pick-up services between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. to allow services between 5:00 a.m. and 12:00 a.m. (UDC 12-11.3).
