Staff Recommendation:
Although Restricted Industrial District (M1) is an appropriate zoning classification per the Comprehensive Plan, staff is non-supportive based on the intensity of the proposed use including the number of truck spaces that are not appropriate for a collector road, the variance request to eliminate the buffer along the eastern property boundary and some surrounding parcels that are zoned Agricultural District (A1).
