The Current Planning Division of the Forsyth County Department of Planning and Development is pleased to offer online access to our eStatus public hearing application and land development permit and plat data system. Our users should be aware of several items:
The data contained on this site is intended for information purposes only! It is based on the best information available at the time of posting and is not warranted. The data may not reflect the most current records or include all information that may be associated with the hard-copy record.
All newly submitted application, permit, and plat information will be made available via eStatus as it is entered into our database. Older records may display incorrectly formatted fields or may not include data in certain fields at all. To find more information about these older records, please contact staff prior to visiting the Department of Planning and Development as many of these hard copy files may be located in off-site storage. As time allows, staff will also continue to add or correct archived data and scan associated documents so that more information is available for your researching purposes.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

NO WAIVER

A waiver or decision by Forsyth County Government not to enforce, pursue or prosecute a material breach of the terms of this agreement shall not be deemed to constitute a waiver by Forsyth County Government to insist on strict compliance in the future with the terms of this agreement, and shall not prevent Forsyth County Government from enforcing, pursuing or prosecuting a subsequent breach to the fullest extent permitted by law.

ENFORECEABILITY 

If any provision of the Terms of Use is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision of the Terms of Use, which shall remain in full force and effect.

GOVERNING LAW 

This Site (excluding linked sites) is controlled by Forsyth County Government from its offices within the County of Forsyth in the State of Georgia, United States of America.  By access and use of this Site, you and Forsyth County Government agree that all matters relating to your access to, or use of, this Site shall be governed and construed under the laws of the State of Georgia, excluding applicable conflicts of laws provisions. 
 
JURISDICTION

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you hereby expressly agree that any proceedings arising out of or relating to your access to, or use of, this Site shall be initiated and instituted in the courts located in the State or Superior Court of Forsyth County, Georgia, or in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, Gainesville Division, and you expressly waive any objection that you may have now or hereafter to the laying of venue in the aforementioned courts, or to the jurisdiction of such courts to hear such proceedings.
